Our products are made of recycled artificial grass from worn out artificial grass pitches (no production waste). The dark green products are UV-resistant and 100% recyclable after the end of their lifespan. The minimum expected technical lifespan is 50 years. Delivery includes guarantee declaration of raw materials and REACH statement.
With GreenMatter, W&H Sports has taken the initiative to turn old artificial turf into new products and thus contribute to reducing the artificial turf waste mountain. GreenMatter is synonymous with: Green matters! The client has the guarantee that the products are made from old (worn out artificial grass pitches) and thus actively contribute to reducing the artificial grass waste mountain. The GreenMatter products are 100% recyclable at the end of their life cycle and are therefore truly circular. The production of GreenMatter products complies with ISO 9001 (quality), ISO 14001 (environment) and OHSAS 18001 (safety). For the processing of the GreenMatter products a social work facility is used.

Yes, we can also take care of the placement / assembly or installation.
In order to offer even more certainty we comply with ISO 9001: Quality certificate , ISO 14001: Environment certificate en OHSAS 18001: Safety certificate with the production of GreenMatter products. Our production has a reduced footprint and ensures a reduction in waste to be incinerated. GreenMatter joined the ESTC EMEA Synthetic Turf Council in 2020.
We do not recycle the artificial grass mats ourselves but we use the fibres from the old artificial grass pitches and make new products from them. In this way, we set a circular raw material in motion and make an active contribution to reducing the artificial turf waste mountain.
Yes, that is possible, but this is strongly dependent on the desired product, numbers, etc. In any case, we like to think along with you so that we can further expand our delivery program!
