Amsterdam municipality is bringing back 3,805 kg of worn-out artificial grass in this project.
At the Sportpark Uiterwaardenstraat in Amsterdam’s Rivierenbuurt neighbourhood, the old wooden boarding was recently renovated. As the municipality of Amsterdam is always proactive in bringing back the waste of worn-out artificial grass pitches in a circular way, it was decided to replace the broken wooden boarding with our recycled artificial grass spring and groove boards. The boarding is used as a skating rink by the Netherlands’ largest skate and inline hockey club ‘RS Survivors Amsterdam’, among others. A total of 3.805 kg of artificial grass waste was processed in this project. Think in wood, make it in recycled artificial grass!
