Personal data

Retention time personal data

We do not keep your personal data longer than strictly necessary to realise the purposes for which your data are collected. To this end, we use the following retention periods for each purpose:

  1. Sending the newsletter and e-mailing:
    Retention period: as long as necessary. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter or e-mailing at any time by clicking on
    ‘unsubscribe’. You can also send an e-mail to [email protected]. Your data will be deleted immediately after unsubscribing.
  2. Performing the agreement:
    Retention period: 7 years. With every registration, we carry out checks to prevent labour displacement. For these checks, it is necessary to retain this data even after the agreement. There is also the legal obligation of 7 years from the Tax Office.
  3. Responding to quotation requests:
    Retention period: 3 years. With every outgoing quotation, we keep simple personal data such as the applicant’s name, e-mail address and telephone number. This allows us to speed up future processing.

Sharing of personal data

We only share your data with third parties if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement or to comply with a legal obligation. Should we share your data with third parties for other reasons, we are obliged to ask your permission first. We conclude a processing agreement with organisations that process your data to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. We remain ultimately responsible for such processing(s).

In any case, we provide personal data to the following parties:

These parties manage the data on a secure server. All data are stored here encrypted. This means that the data is not directly visible.
