New embankment revetment at O.N.A. Football Club
At O.N.A. football club in Gouda, the renovation of the existing artificial turf pitch is in full swing.
The bank of the adjacent Ruige Wetering has also been upgraded. It has been fitted with new GreenMatter bank revetment, made from recycled artificial turf sourced from worn-out pitches.
In this way, material from sport is given a new lease of life in public spaces. A fine example of how sports facilities and landscape design can together contribute to the circular economy.
